Carry has over 8-year experienced Civic Leader with 6 years public servant as SK Chairman in Philippines, a youth council for the development of youth. Carry was an active college student leader and past President of the university student government . He was the original member of Tribu Salakayan Miagao and active Kabataang Pangarap ni Rizal (KAPARIZ) and Knights of Rizal member. Carry is anexperienced event organizer and radio personality- announcer in the Philippines.
